Our SMT lines support extremely small components down to 0201, enabling dense PCB layouts with high precision.

SPI monitors solder volume accuracy, preventing printing defects. AOI systems capture solder bridges, polarity errors, missing components, and misalignment using RGB LED scanning.

With placement accuracy reaching ±0.03 mm and speeds up to 135,000 CPH, our SMT lines deliver consistent, high-quality results for complex motherboard designs.
