Each board goes through a full series of processes: incoming IQC, BGA baking, solder paste printing, SPI inspection, SMT placement, DIP insertion, QC checkpoints, AOI testing, reflow soldering, post-weld inspection, functional testing, QA verification, and packaging.

With more than 50 sets of advanced testing and inspection equipment, we maintain a product first-pass yield rate exceeding 99%.
