Shenzhen Angxun Technology operates one of the most advanced motherboard production systems in Southern China. Our 10,000 m² factory integrates 7 high-speed SMT lines, 5 DIP lines, 4 burn-in aging lines, and 60 full-function motherboard test stations. This combination enables stable mass production, fast delivery, and superior product uniformity—critical advantages for global OEM and ODM clients.

Every production batch begins with strict IQC material inspections, automated SPI solder paste measurement, and AOI optical detection. These systems ensure that components are placed accurately and solder joints are uniform, eliminating common defects such as insufficient tin, bridging, or offset placement. After SMT, each board goes through DIP soldering, manual recheck, and digital reflow ovens designed for lead-free production.

To guarantee long-term stability, Angthumb subjects all motherboards to burn-in testing, full-load stress tests, and repeated boot cycling. The factory layout follows lean-production principles, enabling efficient handling of large orders while maintaining strict quality consistency.
