Angxun Foreign Trade Team-Building at Yangtai Mountain: Strength Through Challenge, Demonstrating People-Centered Care

Recently, the Foreign Trade Department of Shenzhen Angxun Technology Co., Ltd. organized an outdoor team-building activity themed “Unity, Cooperation, and Reaching New Heights.” The entire department spent the weekend hiking at Shenzhen Yangtai Mountain Forest Park, embarking on a journey filled with both challenge and warmth.

In the early morning, Yangtai Mountain was covered in mist, lush with greenery. Colleagues from the Foreign Trade team set off in high spirits, walking together along the winding mountain paths. Although some steep sections proved physically demanding, and a few female colleagues began to feel fatigue, many touching moments naturally emerged along the way: male teammates proactively helped carry bags to lighten others’ loads; instead of rushing ahead, the group patiently waited for slower teammates, offering encouragement and support. Some even demonstrated creativity by crafting makeshift hiking sticks from fallen branches to help others maintain a steady pace.

“Although the hike was tiring, the way everyone supported each other felt truly heartwarming,” one participant shared. With the persistence of the entire group, the team successfully reached the summit. Just as they arrived, the sun began to set, painting the horizon with brilliant colors. The mountain was wrapped in a warm and peaceful glow. Standing side by side, the team admired the rare scenery together. 

The stress and fatigue of work melted away amid the shared laughter, and the camaraderie between colleagues deepened like the fading daylight. “Seeing the sunset together as a team felt surprisingly romantic,” one employee said with emotion. “It really felt like being part of a big family.”
