The factory houses five high-speed SMT lines equipped with industry-leading pick-and-place machines, SPI solder paste inspection, and AOI optical detection systems. These machines guarantee precise component placement and help maintain high product yield. With a monthly production capacity of 300,000 motherboards, Angthumb can support large OEM orders and rapid delivery schedules.

In addition to SMT strength, Angthumb maintains strict DIP and assembly procedures, including automated wave-soldering and advanced reflow systems.
